Orchid Access
Dashboard
The Orchid Access dashboard is your online center for managing your event. Accessible from anywhere, at any time, the dashboard will give you a quick snapshot of what is happening with your event. From here, you can see how many people have registered for your event, how many have cancelled, and what type of registration they signed up with.
When setting up your event, you can also define specific attendee and activity types so that you can monitor which types of people are registering and what activities they are signing up for. The dashboard will quickly show you where you need to focus your attention.
Reports
Orchid Access offers a multitude of reports so that you can keep in touch with everything that is happening with your event.
In this section, reports are sorted into helpful categories where you can find the most common reports about your attendees, activities, financials and more
You can easily see a list of all registrations, a list of promotional codes and usage, as well as multiple summaries of your attendees compared with other events.
Attendee Search
Search for attendees based on a myriad of criteria, all from this page. The Quick Search box is a powerful feature that allows you to search for an attendee based on the limited knowledge you may know about them.
Your results will be displayed with important data that will help you immediately identify the correct attendee. If you want more than the data presented in this list, click on an attendee name to go to their record.
Attendee Information
The attendee information tab will show you all the information for any given attendee, and allow you to edit anything you wish. You can see personal information like their name or address, company information, as well as any changes that have been made to the record in the past. You can also see records that are tied to a specific attendee under the Guest tab.
You can also learn more about specific activities that an attendee is signed up for and view financial histories, as well as process new payments, all within the attendee information tab.
