Each event can be customized to allow different types of registration at different costs to the attendee. Each registration type can be customized to have date-specific registration costs as well as cancellation fees associated to them.
Activities
Most events allow the attendee to choose form a multitude of different options, ranging from what session they want to attend to what dietary restrictions they may have. Orchid allows each event to be customized in a way that event managers can closely monitor what each attendee signs up for and make business decisions accordingly.
Housing Library
From its years of use, Orchid s housing library has grown to include many major hotels. Once a hotel has been used in Orchid the hotels information is collected in Orchid and will not have to be reentered by future Orchid users.
Hotel Managemen
Because of its unique web-based, real-time hotel management, it is important to be able to monitor your hotel blocks closely. With Orchid, you will be able to have the most up-to-date information regarding your hotel block as well as the ability to make adjustments on the fly.
