Software Developer
Agile object oriented development team seeks .NET Visual Studio developer to help with Smart Client, Web, Reporting, and general development tasks.
Primary skills to include C#/VB.NET, SQL, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, Strong OO design/implementation, software development lifecycles, Test Driven Development.

Customer Service Representative
We are seeking customer service representatives who possess excellent customer service skills and general MS Office experience to assist convention attendees with the registration process. Representatives will enter convention registrations into our registration software and take inbound calls to answer general convention-related questions. Candidates should be familiar with housing/hotel reservation systems and must possess outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passkey experience preferred. In addition to being proficient in English, the ideal candidate will speak and read/write one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, and Spanish.
